WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in any sports, physical, recreational, or culinary activity organized at or by The Inner Cove, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I fully understand and accept the inherent risks involved in participating in physical, recreational, or sporting activities offered at The Inner Cove, which may include but are not limited to minor injuries, muscle strain, slips, falls, or more serious accidents.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to hold liable TheInnerCove.com, its owners, organizers, staff, or affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action related to any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising out of or connected to my participation in any of the activities, whether on or off the premises.

I acknowledge that meals and refreshments may be served during the event, and I understand that it is my personal responsibility to proactively disclose any known food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. I must ask about the ingredients or composition of meals if I have concerns. The Inner Cove will not be held liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed allergies.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian’s signed consent is required for participation.

This waiver is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the event’s official start (meet-up date) and covers all activities occurring within that time frame.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and that I voluntarily accept and assume the risks involved.
